Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan : It's 2000 Tsunami Victims Bodies Found in Miyagi Prefecture

Johannesburg - It was about 2,000 corpses of tsunami victims found in Miyagi Prefecture until Monday (14 / 3). It is estimated that about 5,000 people were killed in this prefecture.

About 200 to 300 bodies were found in the capital of Miyagi, Sendai. As local media reported, Kyodo News, 1,000 bodies were found along the coast of Oshika Peninsula in Miyagi Prefecture.

Meanwhile, according to local police data, the total death toll has reached 1886 and 2369 people are still missing.

In the city Minamisanriku, still in Miyagi Prefecture, also found about 1,000 dead. Local city government is also unable to contact about 10,000 citizens. This amount is half of the total population in that city keselurahan.

For Iwate Prefecture, tens of thousands of people, including 8,000 people residing in coastal Otsuchi, is still unknown information.
